We won’t lie, our method isn’t for everyone and not everyone is able to create or be a “real” brand . It’s a long and thorough process, where we dive deep in the nitty-gritty of all the layers of a business to ensure cohesive and sustainable results when (re)designing the brand identity.

Branding starts by meeting at the intersection of internal needs, external realities and business challenges.

Into the deep.

We need to adapt to people working within the companies. Our branding journey starts by discovering the inner purpose of a company, finding what is its legitimate drive. We collect significant informations about our client’s business by diving inside their culture, history and people.

This phase is necessary to bring light on the field issues and reveal actionable insights. And no, it’s not a phase that “builds culture”. Culture is the by-product of consistent behaviour.

Brand DNA — Shape consistent brand narrative and turn it into brand strategy.

Branding transforms segments of a company’s DNA into an inspiring narrative that will guide products, communications and corporate decisions.

There’s a big difference between truly standing for something and saying that you do. Everyone, right here right now, can have a vision or a “why”, but is it authentically yours though?

Brands have a point of view. Working our way through what has been uncovered in the previous phase, we help companies, leaders and team-members to articulate their legitimate purpose in an approach that is embraced by their team, embodied by their products/services and understood by their clients.
